– Fare is confirmed during booking and may vary based on route, cab type, and fuel price.
– Extra charges apply for night service, tolls, waiting time, and hill area travel.
– Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or online transfers.

### 3. Cancellation & Refunds
– Cancellation charges may apply based on timing (see Refund Policy).
– Zocxo reserves the right to refuse service for illegal or abusive behavior.

### 4. Customer Responsibilities
– Carry valid ID proof.
– No illegal items or smoking inside the cab.
– Ensure the drop and pickup details are accurate.

### 5. Liability
– Zocxo is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, roadblocks, or technical issues.
– We are not responsible for personal items left in the cab.
