At Zocxo, we understand that plans change. Here is our refund and cancellation policy:

– **Before 12 hours** of pickup: Full refund.
– **6–12 hours before pickup:** 50% refund.
– **Within 6 hours or no-show:** No refund.

### 2. Cancellations by Zocxo
– In rare cases where Zocxo cancels due to unavailability or emergencies, a full refund will be processed.

### 3. Refund Process
– Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
